EXECUTIVE SUMMARY - ANASAZI TRAILS
May 16, 2002
A 72-hour aquifer performance test (APT) was conducted by AGW Consultants (AGW) using the Anasazi Trails Subdivision Well RG-77562. Delashe Investments LLC. plans to develop the Anasazi Trails Subdivision, a 165-acre, 102 lot subdivision in Sandoval County. The minimum actual lot size is 0.75 acres. The average lot size will be about 1.5 acres. The developers plan to drill several wells and create a water system to supply water to the subdivision residents. At a water use of 0.35 acre feet per year per dwelling unit the total water requirement will be 35.7 acre feet per year. This. equates to a continuous pumping rate of 20.22 gpm. The supply wells must be able to sustain this pumping rate for 100 years. This report examined 1 DO-year water availability.

Well RG-77562 was tested at a long term average pumping rate of 86.08 gpm during the APT. The final pumping rate was 81.68 gpm or four times the long term sustainable pumping rate.

The results of the APT indicate an undamaged aquifer transmissivity of about 262,222 gpd/ft.

The maximum draw down in the Santa Fe Group Aquifer encountered by Well RG-77562 at the end of 100 years of continuously pumping 20.22gpm will be 0.21 feet. The drawdown is de minimis and less than the variation in ground-water level caused by earth tides. The minimum lot size is 0.57 acres.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY - DESERT MOUNTAIN
WATER AVAILABILITY REPORT May 4, 1999
A 48-hour aquifer performance test (APT) was conducted by Turner Environmental Consultants (TEC) using the Desert Mountain Subdivision Well RG- 71724. Sky Mountain LLC, plans to develop the Desert Mountain Subdivision by drilling cluster wells to supply water to as many as five homes per well. At a water use of 0.35 acre feet per year each well must be able to produce 1.08 gpm continuously for 50-years. This report examined 100-year water availability. Well RG- 71724 was step tested for one-hour pumping periods at average pumping rates of 1.67, 2.84, and 11.75 gpm. Well RG- 71724 was pumped at a fourth step at 18.75 gpm for 2,700 minutes (45 hours). The results of the APT indicate an undamaged aquifer transmissivity of 9,OOO gpd/ft and an aquifer hydraulic conductivity of 40 ft/d The maximum drawdown in the Santa Fe Group Aquifer encountered by Well RG-71724 at the end of 100 years of continuously pumping 1.08 gpm will be 0.28 feet. The drawdown is de minimis. If individual residences use 0.35 acre-feet of water per year, Well RG- 71724 will be able to reliably supply five residences for substantially more than 100 years.
The indicated Minimum Lot Size is about 0.98 acres or less.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY – PLACITAS TRAILS
A 96-hour aquifer performance test (APT) was conducted using the Placitas Trails Subdivision Well #3 as the control well and using Well #1 as an observation well. Well #3 vas pumped at 54.77 gpm. The results of the APT indicate an undamaged aquifer transmissivity of 102,442 gpd/ft. The maximum draw down in the Santa Fe Group Aquifer encountered by Well #3 at the end of 100 years of continuous pumping will be about 1.4 feet. The effect is, for all practical purposes, de minimis. If individual residences use 0.33 acre feet of water per year, Well #3 will be able to reliably supply about 268 residences for more than 100 years. APT USING WELL RG-69060 September 10, 1998

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY - SKY MOUNTAIN
A 21.07 hour aquifer performance test (APT) was conducted by Turner Environmental Consultants (TEC) using the Sky Mountain Subdivision Well RG-69060. Delasher Investments LLC, plans to develop the Sky Mountain Subdivision by drilling cluster wells to supply water to as many as five homes per well. At a water use of 0.35 acre feet per year each well must be able to produce 1.08 gpm continuously for 50-years. This report examined 100-year water availability. Well RG-69060 was step tested at 2.53 gpm, 4.00 gpm and 9.88 gpm. Well RG- 69060 was pumped at a fourth step at 16.01 gpm for 1,176 minutes (19.6 hours). The results of the APT indicate an undamaged aquifer transmissivity of 85,789 gpd/ft. The maximum drawdown in the Santa Fe Group Aquifer encountered by Well RG-69060 at the end of 100 years of continuously pumping 1.08 gpm will be 0.03 feet. The Drawdown is de minimis and less than the variation in ground-water level caused by earth tides. If individual residences use 0.35 acre feet of water per year, Well RG-69060 will be able to reliably supply five residences for substantially more than 100.
