Growing up in New Mexico gave me a special appreciation for the beauty of the area. When the opportunity to return presented itself in 2005, I was elated. After 15 years on the coast of North Carolina, I was returning home! Real Estate has always been my passion from first licensing in 2985 to a successful career selling second home and resort properties in Wilmington, NC and the beaches from 1990-2005. I attended Cape Fear Community College, continuing my education with Real Estate Practices, the appraisal pre-licensing classes, yearly updates for Certified Residential Brokerage and, most recently, in New Mexico, becoming a Certified Negotiations Expert.
